Jj is for Jesus!

We started school time today with three chapters from The Jesus Storybook Bible – Mary’s story along with Jesus’ birth, the shepherds’ story, and the story of the star and the wise men. I love this book, the illustrations are so wonderful!

We’re going to focus the next 2 Jj days on Jesus, because He is so good!

Today we made a little nativity scene out of paper. This great little nativity craft from Catholic Icing made my day. It was pretty simple, just print, color, cutout, and tape. Dig colored the pictures (we only did some of them, there are a lot of pieces), and I taped them into a circle shape. The craft calls for 16 tp tubes (!) which we did not have. I guess I could havede-papered all of our extra tp rolls.. right. Instead I just taped them, and they stay upright just fine.
